Spirin

This guy is an Original character of mine for a fantasy story I've had in my head for a while. Unfortunately I have no idea what the story behind his character is or what he's supposed to be other than that his wings are supposed to be attached to his arms and his name is Spirin!

All done in PS CS4 with round brushes and a special speckle brush for the ice texture.

Edit: Went back and fixed a few lighting issues, etc.
